Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Automate Fast, operated by ForgeCraft, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using automate-fast.com or our services, you agree to these Terms.

Beta service — no promises

Automate Fast is an early-access (beta) service offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no promises, representations, or guarantees of any kind — including as to availability, accuracy, performance, results, timelines, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Nothing on this site or in any communication is a commitment, offer, warranty, or guarantee, and nothing here should be relied upon as one.

Booking a call creates no engagement or liability

Booking or attending a call, demo, or consultation, and any related conversation, materials, or estimates, are exploratory only. They do not create an engagement, contract, partnership, retainer, or any obligation or liability for either party, and they do not entitle you to any service, deliverable, outcome, price, or result. No engagement exists unless and until both parties sign a separate written agreement that expressly defines the scope, deliverables, fees, and terms. Until then, either party may decline to proceed at any time, for any reason, with no liability.

The service

We build and operate automation that retrieves inforce IUL policy data from carrier portals you authorize and posts it into your systems. Scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or order.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorized to grant us access to the carrier accounts and data you provide.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for the accuracy of information you give us.
• You will use the service in compliance with applicable laws and your own regulatory obligations.

Authorization to access data

By providing carrier credentials or other access, you authorize us to retrieve and process the relevant data solely to provide the service. You may revoke this authorization at any time.

Fees

Fees, payment terms, and any refund terms are set out in your order or engagement agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual property

Deliverables and ownership terms are defined in your engagement agreement. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, methods, and general know-how.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or compliance advice, and you remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy of data used in your business.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeCraft, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, and our total aggregate liability for any and all claims is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim or US $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ForgeCraft, Inc. and its officers, owners, and personnel from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the service; the data, credentials, or instructions you provide; your authorization (or lack of authorization) to grant access to carrier accounts or data; or your breach of these Terms, of any representation you make to us, or of any law or regulatory or fiduciary obligation that applies to you.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
